  • Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup low-fat granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A few mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all the berries thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces so they layer easily in your glass or bowl.
  2. If you are using plain Greek yogurt and prefer a bit of sweetness, stir in one tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. If you are using pre-flavored vanilla yogurt, you can skip this step.
  3. Take a clear glass or a small bowl. Spoon about half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom to create an even base layer.
  4. Top the yogurt with half of the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Sprinkle half of the granola over the fruit to create a crunchy middle layer.
  5. Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt over the granola. Top with the rest of the berries and the remaining granola. Drizzle a little extra honey on top if desired and garnish with a mint leaf.
