Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup low-fat granola
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A few mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all the berries thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces so they layer easily in your glass or bowl.
- If you are using plain Greek yogurt and prefer a bit of sweetness, stir in one tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. If you are using pre-flavored vanilla yogurt, you can skip this step.
- Take a clear glass or a small bowl. Spoon about half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom to create an even base layer.
- Top the yogurt with half of the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Sprinkle half of the granola over the fruit to create a crunchy middle layer.
- Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt over the granola. Top with the rest of the berries and the remaining granola. Drizzle a little extra honey on top if desired and garnish with a mint leaf.
