  • Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme (marshmallow fluff)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Fresh fruit for serving (strawberries, apples, grapes, pineapple)

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer or a stand mixer to beat the cream cheese on medium speed until it is completely smooth and free of lumps. This is the most important step for a silky texture.
  2. Add the marshmallow creme to the bowl with the cream cheese. Continue to beat the mixture on low to medium speed until the two ingredients are fully combined and the mixture looks fluffy and light.
  3. Pour in the vanilla extract and sprinkle in the cinnamon if you are using it. Give the mixture one final whip for about 30 seconds to ensure the flavors are distributed evenly throughout the dip.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. For the best flavor and consistency, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
